Scrumptious Soy Chick�n Salad:
1 - 5 oz portion of SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips (approximately 12 strips)
� - red onion
� - yellow bell pepper
� - green bell pepper
� - cup of mayonnaise (can substitute soy mayo)
1 - shallot
1 - teaspoon of pepper

Dice the onions, celery and bell peppers. Cut Chick�n Strips into small cubes. Add all the ingredients and mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. It�s OK to use your hands (wear gloves) and really mix it good. Pepper to taste. Chill to your liking or eat if fresh made. Excellent on a fresh croissant. Also nice as a cold salad on fresh greens. Can serve on cantaloupe, tomatoes, lettuce (field greens) or on your favorite bread. Serves 2 � 4 people.
Curry Soy Chick�n Salad:
1 - 5 oz portion of SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips (approximately 12 strips)
1 - stock celery, diced
2 - tablespoon raisins
1 - green onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup - red grapes, cut in half
� - green apple, cut into chunks (or large diced)
2 - tablespoons cashew nuts or sliced almonds

Curry Sauce:
� cup mayonnaise or soy mayo
� cup sour cream
� to 1 - teaspoon curry powder (more or less to taste)
salt and pepper to taste

Mix sauce in a bowl and blend with the salad ingredients. Let flavors blend for at least one hour. Serve over greens if desired or with fresh pineapple (optional � 1 small can pineapple chunks � drained). Can substitute 1 small can of mandarin oranges drained in place of grapes, yum! Serves 2 � 4 people.
Cal-Asian Pasta with Soy Chick�n: Great served hot or cold!
Hot Version:
1 - 5 oz portion of SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips (approximately 12 strips)
1 - 9 oz. package of Linguini or Fusili pasta
� - cup of cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 - green onion, sliced
� - cup thinly slivered yellow pepper
� - cup thinly slivered red pepper
� - cup snow peas, lightly blanched

Dressing
Olive Oil
Juice of 1 lemon

Mix olive oil into fresh lemon juice, 3 parts oil to 1 part lemon juice. Taste. Add more olive oil if desired. Salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare veggies and place in a large bowl. Put hot pasta (cook according to directions) over prepared veggies. Pour dressing over pasta and toss. Add SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips, salt and pepper to taste and enjoy! Serves 2 � 4 people.


Cold Version � Add:
� - cup sliced celery
1/3 cup shredded carrots (or julienned)
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Mexicali Soy Burrito:
1 - 5 oz. portion of SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips (approximately 12 strips)
1 - Diced tomato
2 - cups fresh lettuce chopped
2 - cups of sour cream
1 - 1 oz. package of taco seasoning mix
1 - cup Melissa�s soy cheddar shreds (or regular cheddar)
4 - large flour tortillas

Mix taco seasoning mix with sour cream � set aside while you prepare the meal. Microwave the grilled chick�n strips for approximately 45 seconds. Put four or five pieces of chick�n strips on a warmed tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, grated cheddar cheese and chopped tomato. Add taco/sour cream mix. Use fresh salsa and guacamole as desired. Fantastico!
Soy Chick�n Linguine with Sun Dried Tomatoes:
1 -  5 oz. portion of SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips (approximately 12 strips)
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
Olive Oil
Garlic, thinly sliced
Oregano
Linguine

Heat olive oil over low heat, add sliced garlic and sun dried tomatoes. Add SoyBurg, USA Soy Chick�n Strips (chunked). Add fresh oregano. Toss with hot linguine noodles. Top with freshly grated parmesan cheese. Bon Apetit!

Oatmeal & Soy:
Perfect for health conscious people on the go
1 pkt SoyBurg, USA Instant SoyDrink
1 pkt Instant Oatmeal
� cup Hot Water

Mix a packet of Instant SoyDrink with your Instant Oatmeal packet. Add hot water, stir. Let cool for a minute or two and enjoy! Great for your heart and bones!
Banana �Soy Joy� Smoothie:
4 pkts SoyBurg, USA Instant SoyDrink
3 cups Cold Water
2 whole Bananas
1 cup Ice (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Strawberry Soy Forever:
4 pkts SoyBurg, USA Instant SoyDrink
3 cups Cold Water
2 cups strawberries
1 cup Ice (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Kahlua & Soy, Oh Joy!
3 pkts SoyBurg, USA Instant SoyDrink
2 cups Cold Water
3 shots Kahlua liquer
2 cups Ice

Mix all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
Orange Julius a la Soy:
1 pkt SoyBurg, USA Instant SoyDrink
1 cup Unsweetened Orange Juice (can be sweet if you love sweetness)
1 cup Ice

Whisk the Instant SoyDrink with Orange Juice and serve over ice!
